Compliance AI Developer

We are seeking a talented developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of AI-driven compliance solutions. This role involves working with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) models to enhance the accuracy and responsiveness of AI interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI-powered copilots to support users in KYC and AML procedures.
  • Integrate AI agents with compliance systems to automate customer query resolution.
  • Work with LLMs and NLP models to enhance the accuracy and responsiveness of AI interactions.
  • Collaborate with compliance, engineering, and product teams to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Continuously improve AI models based on customer feedback and compliance updates.
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and adherence to industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience with AI/ML development, particularly NLP and LLM-based applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or relevant AI frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with AI chatbots, virtual assistants, or conversational AI.
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, or financial compliance workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to work with APIs and integrate AI models into existing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
