The Creative Visual Designer plays a pivotal role in elevating the company's digital presence by crafting visually striking and impactful multimedia content. This position focuses on graphic design, video production, and motion graphics to support marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.

This ideal candidate is a creative thinker, highly skilled in content development, and proficient in industry-standard design tools.

The primary responsibilities include:

  1. Designing high-quality, engaging visuals for social media platforms, websites, landing pages, and digital marketing campaigns.

  2. Creating diverse content, including static graphics, animated videos, infographics, banners, and ad creatives, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement rates.

  3. Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams to develop assets that support lead generation, sales enablement, and brand authority.

In addition, the role involves:

  1. Planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content, including full-length case studies, short-form reels, promotional videos, and B-Roll integrations.

  2. Developing engaging storytelling concepts that align with the brand voice and support both lead generation and brand building.

  3. Ensuring timely delivery of video projects, maintaining high production standards, and effective use of B-Roll footage.

Furthermore, this position requires:

  1. Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create high-impact creative assets that drive revenue and support campaign goals.

  2. Providing creative support for digital platforms, including UX/UI elements, landing pages, and sales presentations.

  3. Acting as a visual strategist, ensuring all creative work aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines.

Last but not least, this role entails:

  1. Organising and maintaining a comprehensive digital asset library, ensuring all files are properly named, tagged, and versioned for easy retrieval.

  2. Collaborating with marketing to ensure assets are consistently updated and optimised for ongoing campaigns.

  3. Supporting efficient content distribution through platforms like Google Drive, HubSpot, and Apollo.io.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least three years of experience in visual content creation, video production, or multimedia design.

  • Experience working with tech companies, SaaS products, or digital marketing agencies is highly preferred.

The required skills and qualifications include:

  • A strong command of graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics.

  • Experience with UI/UX design principles is a plus.

  • Familiarity with social media algorithms, advertising formats, and content strategies.
