Senior SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP FICO solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of SAP FICO modules for financial accounting, cost tracking, and reporting purposes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and map them to SAP FICO functionalities.
  • Collaborate with team members to integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PS) ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of SAP FICO systems.
  • Conduct workshops and create system documentation to support post-implementation activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO functionality to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance on compliance with accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all implemented solutions meet business needs and company standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, or configuration with a strong understanding of SAP FICO processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, configure solutions, and perform testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis techniques and tools to drive business value.
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP FICO certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
