Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Accounting Professional to spearhead our finance operations. This exciting role will see you managing the end-to-end accounting process, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), supporting month-end and year-end closing, statutory audits, and contributing to process automation and system enhancements.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the entire accounting process, guaranteeing adherence to IFRS principles.
- Support and ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Coordinate and facilitate statutory and group audits, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide precise financial data and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting.
- Assist in implementing and enhancing accounting systems and automation tools.
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and accounting best practices.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with automation tools/reporting platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
