Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Hardware Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for researching laptops, computers, servers, and related products to ensure our category remains updated.

Your duties will include listing all computing-related products on our website, maintaining an up-to-date inventory, finding local and international prices and vendors for computer/laptop-related products, and maintaining healthy business relationships with vendors.

You will also be responsible for coordinating and assisting customers in finding the right products that meet their needs, including quoting products that fit their budget. Additionally, you will guide customers about products' technicalities, quote prices for products that customers want to sell back to us under an exchange facility, handle callback requests from customers, and maintain competitive pricing while ensuring a sufficient profit margin.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a deep and comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, the ability to provide technical support with satisfactory reasoning, familiarity with Windows and Mac GUI and hardware, problem-solving skills, and the ability to assemble/disassemble computer hardware.

You must also be able to understand customers' needs and provide information accordingly, possess efficient work habits, a strong work ethic, and high productivity. Additionally, you should have professionalism and problem-solving skills, technical and interpersonal skills, excellent English and Urdu communication skills, and be active, energetic, sharp, and fast.

Working Hours and Days

This is a 10-hour per day position, working from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. You will work in a dynamic environment where you will be required to multitask, think critically, and solve problems quickly and effectively.
