
Operations Manager

About the Role:
As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing various operational units, ensuring their goals align with overall corporate objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in establishing and ensuring compliance of operational units' short-term and long-term goals with overall corporate objectives.
* Plan, staff, and supervise all assigned work unit activities through subordinate managers to ensure a cohesive operational unit.
* Provide support to multiple projects from operational, financial, and resource perspectives.
* Offer advice, guidance, and direction to subordinate executives and managers to foster their professional development.
* Monitor personnel availability and flow; handle hiring, motivation, and team assignments to projects.
* Coordinate with professional staff to resolve operational issues and authorize departmental procedures within the corporate framework. Serve as a member of the management team.
* Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to maintain good working relationships and promote positive public relations with staff and the community.
* Responsible for future outlook planning for the area.
* Maintain office records efficiently.
* Prepare donation statements, manage office expenditures, and oversee budgets.
Requirements:
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Good interpersonal skills, including tact, sensitivity, active listening, and assertiveness.
* Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks under pressure, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Minimum of three years of office environment experience.
* Ability to work effectively within a team.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
* Willing to undertake additional tasks and learn new skills.
* Committed to confidentiality and discretion.
