**IT Lead/Manager (Web+Graphic) Role**

Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a committed and energetic person to manage and perform client communication, web projects, and graphic designing needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, developing and implementing effective project management strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Client Communication: Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders; communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously; develop and implement effective project management strategies
  • Graphic Designing: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; create high-quality visual content for clients

Requirements and Expectations:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of IT and/or graphic design
  • Strong knowledge of web development principles and practices
  • Excellent project management skills, including task prioritization and time management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
