You will lead a team of finance professionals in navigating operational finance, accounting, and payment activities for a rapidly growing company. You will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and support to the team members.
  • Review accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations.
  • Manage day-to-day cash flow positions.
  • Manage invoicing process and provide feedback to the customer support team on requested items.
  • Prepare period-close reports and ensure readiness for financial close.
  • Post month-end journal entries as appropriate.
  • Prepare balance sheet and profit and loss statement.
  • Set up finance processes for new country expansions.
  • Work with the engineering & IT team on process automation.
  • Flag critical points to the Head of Finance.
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is specialized in accounting or finance. You'll also need to have:

  • CPA certification.
  • 8+ years of experience working in finance & accounting with growing responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of financial bookkeeping procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Experience with various ERPs and everyday usage of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Basic Arabic knowledge is a plus.
