Job Details

This position involves handling various tasks related to import management.

  1. Prepare and submit applications for Letters of Credit (L/Cs) based on approved Pro Forma Invoices.
  2. Verify the authenticity of L/C and Amendment Swift messages received from clients or partners.
  3. Coordinate the submission of non-negotiable documents to relevant authorities, including Insurance Companies and Clearance Agents.
  4. Process advance payment applications and submit necessary documents to banks.
  5. Facilitate the clearance of shipments through effective communication with Clearing Agents.
  6. Maintain accurate records of imported materials and prepare export documents as required.
  7. Ensure timely submission of monthly Sales Tax Returns.

Key Requirements:
