We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Billing and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue cycle and practice management systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, as well as advanced proficiency in the English language. They will also possess strong analytical skills and be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include understanding basic US healthcare medical terms, possessing good interpersonal skills, playing a key role as a team member, meeting timely deliverables, and utilizing excellent problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in the English language.
  • Strong skills in statistics and reporting.
  • Utilize excellent analytical skills in analyzing business needs.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve issues that appear during day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent team-building skills.
  • Good knowledge of handling Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and other office management tools.
  • Familiarity with handling virtual calling systems.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, IPAs, Medicare Advantage plans, Medical Billing/AR, Claim follow-up, Denials Management, Insurance calls, and Payer Portals queries would be an asset.
