Job Description:

The Skill Immigration Specialist will be responsible for leading the team in providing expert advice and guidance to clients seeking Australian visas. This includes assessing client profiles for eligibility under GSM pathways (subclass 189, 190, 491), guiding clients through point-based assessments and occupation lists (MLTSSL/STSOL/ROL), and providing tailored advice on improving profiles for better success.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require a deep understanding of Australian immigration law and regulations, as well as excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, HR or related field is essential, with a Master's preferred. Additionally, 3–5+ years of experience in Australian skilled immigration services is required.

  • In-depth knowledge of Australia's GSM visa subclasses (189/190/491), state sponsorships, and skills assessment bodies

  • Strong understanding of the points-based system, PTE/IELTS requirements, and EOI process
