We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Multan, Pakistan.

Job Overview:

As a Seasonal Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and tea beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to company standards.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  3. Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  4. Maintain cleanliness of the store, including tables, counters, and equipment.
  5. Prepare food items such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks.
  6. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient operations.
  8. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required.
  2. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  5. Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
