We are seeking a highly skilled Rollout Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our rollout project, you will be responsible for the deployment and optimization of 4/5G networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will include:

  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Strong technical knowledge of LTE or 5G NR, including theoretical concepts and practical applications.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  3. Familiarity with 4/5G OSS-KPI degradation reason analysis and OSS-KPI optimization process.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  5. Proficiency in basic RF office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
