About the Graduate Trainee Program

The Graduate Trainee Program is a six-month training initiative designed to equip fresh graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen field. This program provides participants with hands-on experience, mentoring, and structured learning opportunities to help them grow professionally and personally.

Program Objectives

  • To provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of various functions and their applications.
  • To equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute meaningfully to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in departmental and organizational projects by applying analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholder teams to ensure project completion.
  3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of emerging trends in banking, digitization, IT, finance, compliance, and internal audit standards.

Development Plan

  1. Participate in workshops, training programs, and e-learning modules tailored for skill enhancement.
  2. Collaborate with mentors and team leaders to develop personal and professional goals.

Monitoring Progress

  1. Regularly report progress on assigned tasks and projects to supervisors.
  2. Actively seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Initiative and Leadership

  1. Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver them within deadlines.
  2. Identify opportunities for improvement and suggest actionable solutions.
  3. Showcase leadership potential through proactive contributions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Work Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of professional experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
