Job Title: Pakistan Affiliate Network Manager

">About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Affiliate Network Manager to lead our affiliate network in Pakistan. As an Affiliate Network Manager, you will play a vital role in driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships and effective management of our affiliate team.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage, mentor, and motivate the affiliate network, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a positive work environment. You will also be responsible for training team members, educating affiliates, monitoring affiliate performance and results, and providing coaching and feedback to ensure optimal productivity and service quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance affiliates' knowledge of our products, policies, and procedures.
  • Find and develop new affiliates, expanding the network of promoters.
  • Provide support to VIP partners whenever needed.
  • Monitor partners' performance, results, and build good relationships with all partners.
  • Support partners through vertical integration (i.e., managing their social media channels in cooperation with them).

  • Ensure partner satisfaction by providing exceptional maintenance services to our partners.
  • Take charge of network performance and revenue.
  • Set clear performance goals and monitor KPIs such as the number of potential partners found, the number of deals closed, NGR per partner, and partners/customers feedback.
  • Analyze daily reports to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Drive process improvement within the affiliate network.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the iGaming industry or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, and marketing tools.
  • Understanding of iGaming products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Fluency in Urdu and English. Other additional languages are a huge plus.
