Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology landscape and driving innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to continuously learn and grow, with excellent analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues. They will also be committed to creating a culture of automation and continuous improvement within the team, mentoring and coaching colleagues through knowledge sharing, training, and feedback.

A customer-centric approach is essential, with the ability to understand and prioritize customer needs, translating them into actionable requirements for the team.

This role requires long-term thinking, ensuring that DevOps practices contribute to broader business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Deployment: Develop highly-available, fault-tolerant, and scalable applications in public cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize cloud infrastructure according to the six pillars of the Well-Architected Framework.
  • CICD Pipelines: Design CI/CD pipelines for dev, staging, and production environments, preferably using Github CI, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
  • Container Orchestration: Implement container orchestration tools, such as Amazon EKS.
  • Infrastructure Provisioning: Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform or Amazon CloudFormation.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Utilize monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, ELK, and Grafana.
  • Server Configuration: Familiarity with server configuration and management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: More than 4 years of experience in DevOps engineering.

Desirable Skills

  • AWS Certifications: Professional Level certifications in AWS (Solution Architect Pro, DevOps Pro).
  • Kubernetes and Terraform: Certifications related to Kubernetes (CKA, CKAD) and Terraform (HashiCorp Terraform Associate).

  • Team Lead Experience: Team lead experience in customer projects.
