We are seeking a professional with exceptional content creation skills to drive brand awareness and educate potential customers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing high-impact content that resonates with our target audience and supports lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with marketing objectives and product launches.
  • Identify target audience segments and create relevant, compelling content that addresses their needs and pain points.
  • Content Creation & Management
    • Write and/or oversee the development of engaging content including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, newsletters, social media updates, and more.
    • Collaborate with internal and external writers, designers, and multimedia specialists to ensure consistent brand voice and high-quality output.
    • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement, applying best practices such as keyword integration, metadata, and internal linking.
  • Distribution & Promotion
    • Implement strategies to grow audience reach and engagement (e.g., influencer outreach, guest posting, partnerships).
    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to support paid campaigns (e.g., SEM, social ads) and retargeting efforts.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Track, measure, and analyze content performance using analytics tools to inform future strategy.
    • Regularly report on key metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
    • Conduct A/B testing on headlines, formats, and visuals to improve content effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with product marketing and sales teams to develop content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey.
    • Work with design and development teams to create engaging user experiences.
    • Coordinate with external freelancers or agencies when specialized expertise is required.
  • Team Development & Process Improvement
    • Mentor content writers and multimedia specialists, setting clear objectives and providing constructive feedback.
    • Refine and optimize internal content production workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of execution.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging content marketing trends and best practices.
