Medical Laboratory Technology Educator

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced educator to teach assigned courses in relevant academic programs. As a Medical Laboratory Technology Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, fostering their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach assigned courses in relevant academic programs
- Execute administrative tasks in alignment with the University's vision, mission, values, and objectives

Research and Publication
To ensure research grants, supervision, and impact factor/scopus indexed recognized research paper publication. This role requires collaboration with other academics and professionals to achieve research goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Multitasking skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is essential for this role. You should be able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Team player: As a team member, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
- Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to interact with students, colleagues, and stakeholders. You should be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Emotionally intelligent: Emotional intelligence is critical for effective relationships and decision-making. You should be able to understand and manage your emotions, as well as those of others.
- Interpersonal skills: Building strong relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders is vital for success in this role. You should be able to establish trust and rapport with others.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- PhD in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience in a related field (as per HEC Eligibility Criteria)
