The role of a Business Growth Strategist involves leveraging digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and client retention. This individual should be able to work well independently and as part of a team, presenting innovative ideas and leading new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients.
  2. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
  3. Develop strategic plans for increasing customer acquisition and retention.
  4. Analyze key statistics to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  5. Generate revenue, conduct market analysis, and review business response/requirements.
  6. Develop business plans, forecasts, and analysis for assessing revenue potential in business opportunities.
  7. Conceptualize new ideas for revenue enhancement and retention, digital penetration, and usage.
  8. Collaborate with partners/vendors to bring innovative products to the market.
  9. Develop a business plan and sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  10. Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies.
  11. Maintain long-term relationships with customers and understand their business needs to identify relevant sales opportunities.
  12. Present revenue and sales growth reports to senior levels of the organization and prepare formal business proposals, presentations, and price quotations/comparisons.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing preferred
  • Organized, efficient, and self-motivated
  • Excellent writing and presenting skills
  • A strong network and reputation is highly preferred
  • Experience in telecom or software product development is a plus
  • Experience in developing new business and working with marketing agencies is desirable
  • Knowledge of Mobile Value Added Services and Digital Platforms is a must
  • Ability to travel is required
