
Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Officer to join our team as part of the General Manager's Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between our General Manager and internal/external clients
- Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence, and handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage the diary and schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient coordination
- Make travel arrangements, prepare reports, presentations, and briefs as required
- Develop and maintain an effective office filing system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate with clients, provide administrative support, and assist with tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant/manager in a customs clearing company is highly desirable
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is essential
- Mastery of MS Word, Excel, and English proficiency is required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest office gadgets and applications is beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role
