Financial Analyst – On-site

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. This is an on-site position ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and manage financial statements and reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
  2. Handle tax filings, audits, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, such as GAAP and IFRS.
  3. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning, using advanced Excel skills and accounting software.
  4. Monitor internal controls and ensure accuracy in financial data, identifying areas for improvement.
  5. Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors and tax consultants, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  6. Assist management with strategic financial decisions, providing expert advice and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Certified public accountant (CPA) or chartered accountant (CA) qualification, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial reporting, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and other financial tools, with excellent analytical and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
