Technical Writing & Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer and Content Creator to join our team. As a hybrid role, this position requires the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas through both structured documentation and engaging content.

  • Drafting technical proposals and documentation to support client projects.
  • Creating and maintaining Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and SRS documents with input from technical teams.
  • Developing clear and visually supported project diagrams including flowcharts and architecture overviews using tools like Lucidchart or Draw.io.
  • Writing engaging website content, blog posts, and case studies aligned with the company's branding and tone.
  • Translating technical information into easy-to-understand language for a variety of audiences.
  • Collaborating closely with developers, designers, and product managers to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Proofreading and editing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to documentation standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical writing and content writing, ideally in a software development or IT environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written English with attention to detail and tone.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
