Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in leading the development and implementation of financial strategies that drive business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement financial plans that align with organizational goals. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth, and determining the optimum buy-sell-hold position by forecasting returns, expenses, and taxes.

As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with senior management to project financial returns, analyzing risks and opportunities in new ventures. You will also be responsible for improving financial management and control by evaluating and redesigning financial systems.

To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional leadership and management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

You will be expected to stay up-to-date with new regulations and industry developments, participating in educational opportunities and maintaining professional networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
