Data Science Leader

This role is responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and programs. Key responsibilities include managing conversational analytics projects involving VOIP technologies, SIP/RTP protocols, and deploying end-to-end solutions involving AI/ML, generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML models. Additional duties include driving program governance, promoting continuous innovation, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and programs.
- Manage conversational analytics projects involving VOIP technologies, SIP/RTP protocols.
- Deploy end-to-end solutions involving AI/ML, generative AI, Agentic AI, and ML models.
- Drive program governance, including planning, execution, tracking, and risk management.
About this Role:
In this position, you will work on large-scale Java/Python/C/C++ projects, oversee the design and architecture of enterprise-level microservices-based solutions using Spring, Spring Boot, and Cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure), manage and mentor cross-functional teams, ensure high performance and collaboration within agile frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and leadership to define roadmaps, resource planning, and strategies.
Requirements:
This role requires a strong background in AI/ML, data science, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing conversational analytics projects, deploying end-to-end solutions, and driving program governance. Additionally, they should be familiar with Agile development practices, have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
