As a technical lead, you will drive best practices in front-end architecture, performance optimization, and accessibility while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance UI applications delivering real-time insights from complex data sources.
  • Lead front-end development efforts using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, React Native, Node.js) ensuring maintainability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create a seamless user experience.
  • Optimize UI performance by implementing best practices in lazy loading, caching, and rendering optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in UI engineering, with expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, React Native, Node.js).
  • Strong understanding of state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar).
  • Experience in designing scalable front-end architectures and building modular, reusable components.
