Job Description:The role of a Business Development Executive at Indus Track is to drive business growth by initiating contact with potential customers, generating leads, setting up qualified meetings, and providing demos. This position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and resilience.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential leads through various channels to generate interest in our products/services.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects and tailor communication to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies, share insights, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in our CRM system.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of consistent and relevant experience in B2B telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Very strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Well-organized and structured working style.
- Great team player with irresistible enthusiasm.
- Superb English communication skills in both written and verbal (C1 level English).
