Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets. They will also manage project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure project delivery within defined parameters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, risk and issue logs, and status reports
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and manage project dependencies and ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Communicating project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including project sponsors, business stakeholders, and development teams
  • Conducting post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices

Requirements & Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, and identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically to identify solutions to complex problems
  • Experience with project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is a plus
