Devsinc is seeking a talented data professional to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data architecture and engineering principles, along with hands-on experience in developing, optimizing, and maintaining data pipelines and databases.

Job Description

This role is crucial to support the organization's data-driven initiatives and enhance analytical capabilities. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable data processing systems and data pipelines to facilitate the collection, storage, and analysis of large data sets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop scalable data processing systems and data pipelines for efficient data management.
  2. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to understand data requirements and architecture needs.
  3. Optimize data storage and retrieval performance while ensuring data integrity and security.
  4. Implement ETL processes and automate data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance to minimize downtime.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or a related field.
  3. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  4. Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  5. Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
  6. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including data storage solutions like S3, Redshift, or BigQuery.
  7. Understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, and data pipeline automation tools.
  8. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Excellent communication skills.
