Maintenance Leader

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and extend asset life
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues promptly
  • Oversee the maintenance of electrical systems, including routine checks and repairs as needed
  • Manage repair and installation activities, prioritizing tasks to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on progress to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role or similar managerial position
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • In-depth knowledge of technical aspects of chiller, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
