About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Innovation Strategist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional with a passion for driving business growth through innovation and technology.

Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture and Design
  • Design and architect software solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging technical expertise to drive innovation.
  • Evaluate and select suitable technologies, platforms, and tools to implement cutting-edge solutions, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
  • Develop comprehensive project proposals in response to issued RFPs, showcasing a deep understanding of business needs and solution capabilities.
  • Collaborate and lead software development teams, ensuring design implementation aligns with project goals and objectives.
AI-based Data Analytics Expertise
  • Assess AI-based COTS products for their relevance to business needs, providing informed recommendations for adoption and implementation.
  • Deploy, configure, and manage AI-based COTS solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Design and implement integration strategies for AI-based COTS solutions, driving business value through enhanced efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of solution designs and architectures, facilitating knowledge sharing and future improvements.

  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the organization, encouraging team members to think outside the box and explore novel solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a forward-thinking vision for technological innovation, aligning it with the organization's strategic objectives and goals.

Education, Experience, and Certification

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology sector; fresh graduates with entrepreneurial traits are encouraged to apply.
