About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing RESTful APIs, optimizing MongoDB queries, and creating responsive front-end interfaces with React.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement responsive web applications that meet business needs.
  2. Lead technical aspects of projects, acting as a principal developer and subject matter expert to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of development goals and coordinate with business and technical teams.
  4. Mentor junior developers and assist in solving complex technical issues to foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
  5. Provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and code quality to promote best practices within the team.
  6. Plan proactively, anticipate technical challenges, and suggest effective alternatives to ensure smooth project execution.
  7. Take ownership of assigned modules and support cross-project technical streams to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
  3. Familiarity with Material UI, Apollo GraphQL, and serverless functions is a plus.
  4. Good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
  5. Ability to interact effectively with end-users / clients, managers, and developers.
  6. Strong analytical skills and excellent written and oral communication skills.
