  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).", "
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support team members in problem-solving.", "
  • Monitor project KPIs and ensure timely releases with minimal bugs and downtime.", "
  • Coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment stability.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.", "
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or team lead role.", "
  • Proven track record in managing SaaS projects/products.", "

  • Excellent understanding of web technologies, APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices.", "
