Job Description

This role is situated within the Public Affairs Department and will collaborate with various departments across the organization. The position requires an internal expert and external representative on CSR matters, identifying industry benchmarks and best practices.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and external representative on CSR matters, identifying industry benchmarks and best practices.
  • Partner with community groups to foster positive relationships and drive social impact through collaborative efforts.
  • Negotiate and oversee sponsorship agreements that align with our CSR goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Promote our CSR activities through media outreach and stakeholder engagement, effectively communicating our initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of CSR campaigns by measuring their uptake and outcomes, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
  • Ensure investments are made responsibly, considering both social and ethical implications, upholding our commitment to sustainability.
  • Establish strong working relationships with senior executives and cross-functional teams to champion CSR initiatives, driving organizational change.
  • Develop CSR plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders and manage their implementation, ensuring effective execution.
  • Oversee the CSR reporting process, working closely with other departments to collect relevant data, providing transparency and accountability.
  • Engage with CSR membership organizations and attend conferences to stay informed and network, enhancing our knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with other departments on special CSR projects, such as investment strategy, philanthropy, public policy advocacy, and wellness, fostering a culture of corporate responsibility.
  • Foster partnerships with non-profit organizations and other entities to demonstrate our commitment to CSR, building trust and credibility.
  • Mange external consultants and interns as needed to support CSR efforts, leveraging external expertise and resources.
  • Make public presentations and represent the organization on external boards to promote our CSR endeavors, raising awareness and visibility.
