Key Role

This role combines creative campaign planning with grassroots relationship-building. You'll lead digital fundraising efforts while driving online and offline engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Digital Fundraising
    • Plan and execute crowdfunding campaigns across various platforms.
    • Manage donor funnels via email, paid ads, and organic content.
    • Collaborate with designers and content teams to craft impactful donor stories.
    • Track, analyze, and optimize digital performance using relevant tools.
  • Community Engagement
    • Build and manage relationships with local donors, volunteers, schools, and influencers.
    • Organize local events, donor meetups, and fundraising drives.
    • Represent us in outreach meetings, talks, and partnerships.
    • Mobilize communities to become long-term supporters and advocates.
You're a Great Fit if You:
  • Have 2+ years of experience in fundraising, digital marketing, or non-profit community work.
  • Are social media savvy across multiple platforms.
  • Can communicate effectively in English and Urdu.
  • Understand grassroots movements and how to activate community support.
  • Can work independently and take initiative in a collaborative environment.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
  • Experience with platforms like Donorbox, GiveButter, Mailchimp, Canva, and Meta Ads.
  • An existing network in local NGOs, educational institutions, or CSR circles.
  • Past success in running fundraising campaigns.
