Responsibilities
  1. Hiring, developing, and motivating a team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives.
  2. Collaborating with sales leadership to define a successful and repeatable sales process.
  3. Assisting the team throughout their strategic sales cycles, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  4. Identifying areas for improvement in process, efficiency, and productivity, making recommendations to drive business growth.
  5. Regularly reporting on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
