- Hiring, developing, and motivating a team of experienced Enterprise Account Executives.
- Collaborating with sales leadership to define a successful and repeatable sales process.
- Assisting the team throughout their strategic sales cycles, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
- Identifying areas for improvement in process, efficiency, and productivity, making recommendations to drive business growth.
- Regularly reporting on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
