Fundraising Manager

About the Role:

The lacrosse community in Pakistan is thriving, and we are seeking a skilled Fundraising Manager to lead our efforts in securing resources for the growth of the sport.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sponsorship Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with corporate sponsors, philanthropic organizations, and individual donors to support lacrosse events and training programs.
  2. Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan that aligns with our goals and objectives, utilizing innovative approaches to maximize fundraising potential.
  3. Proposal Development: Create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value of supporting lacrosse in Pakistan, tailoring them to suit the interests of potential partners.
  4. Event Coordination: Collaborate with event organizers and stakeholders to ensure sponsor needs and expectations are met during lacrosse events, facilitating sponsor branding and promotional activities.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on fundraising activities, sponsorship agreements, and financial targets, providing regular updates to our leadership on progress and challenges.
  6. Network Building: Establish and grow a network of potential partners, donors, and supporters within Pakistan and internationally, leveraging personal and professional networks to identify new fundraising opportunities.
  7. Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards, adhering to our policies and procedures related to sponsorship and fundraising.
