Quality Assurance Manager for Food Safety

Job Description
To ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in our food products, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and harmonize QA activities across multiple locations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Promote auditing and improvements among suppliers through effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement withdrawal and recall procedures for serious food safety incidents.
- Monitor quality programs through periodic sampling, testing, and sensory evaluation to ensure consistent product quality.
- Implement additional regulatory requirements such as equipment calibration, water testing, and food safety training.
- Regularly inspect products for compliance with defined standards.
- Liaise with local authorities for necessary information, support, or documents.
- Participate in quality inspections and suggest corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology or related field.
- Mid-senior level experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the food industry.
- Excellent subject matter expertise and ability to communicate effectively.
