Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Blood Donor Mobilization Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing blood donation drives across Multan and Nishtar, building relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations, and developing effective strategies to mobilize regular and voluntary blood donors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Execute Blood Donation Drives: Develop and implement strategies to increase blood donations from regular and voluntary donors.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate organizations to encourage donor participation.
  • Develop Effective Strategies: Create and execute plans to recruit and retain blood donors, including outreach programs and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and communication team to create campaigns for donor recruitment and retention.
  • Deliver Presentations: Deliver presentations and conduct awareness sessions on the importance of blood donation.
  • Evaluate Performance: Monitor and evaluate blood donor campaigns and prepare reports for management.

In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
