Our company is seeking a diligent individual to assume the role of Quality Assurance Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team within our production department and reporting directly to the directors. Their primary objective will be to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. To oversee a team of inspectors and monitor their work to guarantee that they are conducting thorough inspections.
  2. To identify and address any potential issues with our products, including defects and inconsistencies in materials or manufacturing processes.
  3. To communicate effectively with the production team and provide guidance on improving productivity and efficiency.

A strong background in quality control or a related field is essential for this position. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is required.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
