Marketing Assistant Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the position of Marketing and Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about marketing and administrative tasks, with a desire to grow in a dynamic work environment.

About the Job:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content for websites and social media accounts.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating between internal teams to complete projects and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and project updates.
  • Other key duties include assisting the CEO with day-to-day operations, managing daily correspondence, and preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and social media content.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintaining accurate records, analyzing data, and reporting results to management.
  • Assisting with recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Overseeing and managing the company's online presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in marketing or administrative roles is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software or web development is a plus.
