Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the development of our software platforms.

This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from discovery to deployment, maintaining clear timelines and project plans.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
  • Lead front-end and back-end software development teams using agile methodologies, driving timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, remove obstacles, and provide feedback on submitted features.
  • Develop and execute test plans, write tickets, and prepare bug reports using JIRA and other tools.
  • Conduct thorough testing, identify defects, and document issues for prompt resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development project management with a proven track record.
  • Experience with agile development tools, such as JIRA, and coding standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six Sigma knowledge.
  • Certified ScrumMaster certification.
  • Experience with MS Project or similar project management platforms.
