Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Online Bidding Expert. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bidding on Upwork projects and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and bid on suitable Upwork projects that align with our services and capabilities.
  • Write effective proposals that showcase expertise and experience.
  • Communicate with clients and provide necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Negotiate project terms and pricing to ensure win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with our team to understand capabilities and tailor proposals to match project requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in bidding on Upwork projects.
  • A proven track record of winning projects on Upwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
