Job Position: Web Designer & Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Designer & Developer to join our team remotely from Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites, implementing SEO strategies, designing banners, landing pages, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites according to client needs.
2. Manage and maintain website functionality, ensuring high performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
3. Implement and maintain SEO best practices to increase site visibility.
4. Design and optimize banners and landing pages for marketing campaigns.
5. Design creative and impactful designs for marketing campaigns.
6. Collaborate with clients and the team to align website design with brand strategy.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
8. Ensure seamless integration of content with the website's design.
9. Make necessary SEO adjustments to the website, including site architecture, meta tags, and improving site speed and mobile responsiveness.
10. Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends.
11. Follow through with commitments and foster mutual trust.
12. Assume additional responsibility without being asked.
13. Proactively seek opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in web design and development.
2. Must have experience working on various CMS platforms.
3. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
4. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
5. Experience with SEO principles and implementation.
6. Strong portfolio showcasing web design and development skills.

This role offers a competitive salary (80,000-110,000 PKR) with performance bonuses. You'll also have opportunities to work with an international team and clients, as well as professional growth and development opportunities. This is a full-time remote work opportunity from anywhere in Pakistan.
