Embark on a career in luxury fashion as a Junior Fashion Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to support the development of our ready-to-wear collections. As a Junior Fashion Designer, you will collaborate with our senior design team to create seasonal collections, research trends, and translate ideas into beautiful designs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing ready-to-wear collections that align with our design philosophy.
  • Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and cultural inspirations to inform concept development.
  • Create design sketches, mood boards, CADs, and presentations to visualize design directions.
  • Support in sourcing materials, trims, and embellishments in collaboration with the design team.
  • Prepare and update technical packs and design documentation.
  • Participate in internal design discussions, fittings, and review sessions.
  • Coordinate with pattern, embroidery, and stitching teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years of experience in fashion design (luxury or ready-to-wear experience is an asset).
  • Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate concepts into market-relevant designs.
  • Good understanding of textiles, trims, and garment construction.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple design tasks.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Interest and awareness of Pakistan's luxury fashion industry and customer expectations.
  • Fluent in English; Urdu proficiency is an asset.
