To excel in production management, you will focus on optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless execution. This role requires deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop daily production schedules that align with customer priorities, material availability, and equipment capacity.
  2. Oversee wood processing operations, including cutting, edge-banding, routing, lamination, and CNC processing, adhering to strict quality standards.
  3. Monitor machine efficiency and downtime, ensuring regular maintenance is performed and issues are addressed promptly.
  4. Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance overall performance.
  5. Maintain adherence to production SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards across all wood processing stages.
  6. Analyze production data and KPIs (e.g., yield, rework, utilization) to inform data-driven decision-making and drive performance enhancements.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and ensure smooth workflow.
  8. Train and mentor operators and technicians on woodworking techniques, machine handling, and safety practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in wooden furniture production.
  • Strong understanding of solid wood, veneer, MDF, and other wood materials.
  • Hands-on experience with woodworking machinery and tools.
  • Process-oriented with problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of lean principles and production KPIs.
