About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enter, update, and maintain data in our databases and spreadsheets
  2. Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy and completeness
  3. Organize and categorize data according to established guidelines
  4. Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data entries
  5. Assist in generating reports and summaries based on data entries

Requirements

Fresh Graduates or High School Diploma Equivalent with additional education or training in data entry or a related field is preferred

Skills:

  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in data

Work Environment

This role requires working independently and meeting deadlines while ensuring data security and confidentiality.
