Process Development Specialist

The key objective of this position is to formulate and implement optimal manufacturing strategies for mobile phone assembly.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Formulate detailed process plans for mobile phone assembly.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current processes to pinpoint areas of inefficiency and recommend enhancements.
  • Streamline workflows and layout to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish and monitor quality control procedures to ensure products adhere to industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues related to the assembly process.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives leveraging methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and select appropriate tools and equipment for assembly processes.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in process engineering, preferably in the electronics or mobile phone manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
