About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Research Network Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Contributor Account Management Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our research content distribution platform.

The Team: Our team is comprised of over 30 members from diverse global locations, including India, the Philippines, Japan, the U.K., and the U.S. We foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to excellence.

The Impact: In this role, you will be responsible for providing primary support to our research contributors, addressing issues or queries related to content distribution, processing, tagging, and readership. You will also ensure that our clients have proper access set up on our platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate processing and tagging of Contributor Research content.
  2. Closely monitor research upload and processing to the platform, perform day-to-day QA activities.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate smooth onboarding, troubleshooting, research content-related testing, research access issues, and projects.
  4. Analyze client research access to drive business growth.
  5. Identify entitlement issues for our clients.
  6. Serve as the primary support contact for research contributors and SPGMI clients' queries about Investment Research content and functionalities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer services, with a plus for working with global clients.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work on team-based projects, as well as work independently within shifting priorities.
  • High integrity, accountability, and personal responsibility.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills; workable understanding of MS Excel and databases is preferred.
  • Fluency and eloquence in English is mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus.
