About the Role

The Stockroom Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our stockroom, ensuring that all inventory is accurately recorded and easily accessible. This includes receiving, storing, and shipping stock, as well as maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Receive and store stock efficiently, maintaining accurate records throughout the process.
  2. Determine the optimal storage methods for different types of stock, taking into account factors such as turnover, environmental conditions, and physical capabilities of facilities.
  3. Compile and review data from various sources, including contracts, purchase orders, and requisitions, to inform inventory management decisions.

Requirements:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  2. Good knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
