Job Title: Multimedia Content Creator

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Content Creator to join our team. This role involves creating engaging User Acquisition (UA) video ads for mobile games and apps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and edit high-performing UA video ads optimized for different platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and other ad platforms.
  • Utilize AI video editing tools to generate, enhance, and speed up ad creative production.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm innovative video concepts.
  • Test variations of creatives to improve click-through rate, cost per install, and overall ad performance.
  • Stay updated on trends in mobile game advertising and apply them to content creation.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing software.
  • Hands-on experience or interest in AI tools for video editing.
  • Good output rate of 2+ ads/day with ≥75% first-pass acceptance.
  • Understanding of ad creative psychology: hooks, pacing, and platform best practices.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and adaptability to fast-paced campaign demands.
